Man City EPL Title Odds

This Sunday is the final match week in the Premier League with some key matches that have some big consequences. I say big, as if Manchester City beats West Ham they will win the EPL title. The other big match is Norwich City, who must beat Arsenal to avoid relegation.

Here is the final match day in the EPL

Cardiff City vs. Chelsea
Fulham vs. Crystal Palace
Hull City vs. Everton
Liverpool vs. Newcastle United
Manchester City vs. West Ham United
Norwich City vs. Arsenal
Southampton vs. Manchester United
Sunderland vs. Swansea City
Tottenham Hotspur vs. Aston Villa
West Bromwich Albion vs. Stoke City

This weekend was set to be a battle between Liverpool and Man City vying for the title, but the Reds imploded this week to give City the big upper hand this Sunday. The Reds were up 3-0 facing Crystal Palace, but gave up three late goals for the 3-3 draw. That gave City a two-point cushion, as well as a comfortable goal differential cushion, heading into their last match.

For Liverpool to win the title they have to beat Newcastle and West Ham must beat Man City. Odds makers at Bet365 do not see that happening, as they have betting odds to win the EPL outright with City at -5000 and Liverpool at +1600.

In their match facing West Ham Man City is posted at -600 with West Ham at +1600 and a draw line of +800. City has dominated West Ham this season winning on the road 3-1 in league play and in aggregate score beat them 9-0 in the Capital One Cup semifinals.

Liverpool is still alive for the title, but chances are slim. Still, they are big Premier League betting favorites this Sunday posted at -450 with Newcastle +1200 and a draw line of +650 at Bet365. Earlier this season on the road Liverpool played to a 2-2 draw with Newcastle.

Fulham and Cardiff have already been relegated and it looks as if Norwich City will join them. For Norwich to stay in the EPL next season they will have to beat Arsenal, have Stoke City beat West Bromwich with a swing in goal differential of 17. Not likely.

Norwich has Premier League odds at home of +350 with Arsenal at -118 and a draw line of +280. West Brom has EPL odds of +110 with Stoke City at +275 with a draw line of +260.

One thing that Norwich has going for them is that they may face an Arsenal side that will rest many of their key players. The Gunners will finish the season in the fourth position in the league, so they have nothing to play for and still have the FA Cup finals playing Hull City.

The automatic Champions League berths for next season will go to Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Arsenal.

Defending EPL champion Manchester United finishes their tumultuous season on the road facing Southampton and the best they can finish is fifth.
