World Cup Field Set

The field for the World Cup is set and it is no surprise that host Brazil has the best betting odds. While Brazil has the best betting odds Honduras is the biggest long shot, as Bet 365 has them at +150000 to win it all.

Argentina, Germany, and 2010 World Cup winner Spain also have good odds and each of these teams looked great in qualifying.

Argentina has won the World Cup twice, but has not made it past the quarterfinals since 1990. They have made the quarterfinals in three of the last four World Cups and if they do so this summer it will be another big disappointment.

The draw for the World Cup will take place December sixth. The teams that advanced to Brazil have to wait until them and hope they are not drawn into the dreaded Group of Death.

There will be many betting options for the World Cup and many of them will be posted after the draw. Currently Bet365 has the odds for the overall winner as well as a bet for the winning continent.

While Brazil has the best odds to win the World Cup Europe have the best odds to be the winning continent. Europe is posted at -138 with South America at +110 and the Rest of the World getting long shot odds at +2500.
